Inspection & Maintenance Program

Periodic inspections and maintenance can save money by finding and fixing roof problems before they become major problems. Danker Roofing’s Inspection & Maintenance Program is one of awareness that could potentially save money, as well as prolong the life of your roof.

Inspections include:

• Qualified Inspector checking all areas of the roof
• Checking and cleaning gutters
• Detailed Inspection report along with an estimate for any repair work needed
• Discounted hourly rates on any work needed
• Priority on any services needed

This program could be tailored to meet your specific roofing needs. Contracts can be made for a one year term or up to 5 years.

Residential properties range from $75.00 to $250.00 for each inspection.
Commercial properties would be priced on an individual basis.
